If you wondered where I disappeared to, then have no fear, you can see for yourself at Puhnk+Miscellany. That's right, it's finally up and fully (if by fully you understand it to be 95%) functional. Still content to be kickin' culture in the face, P+M is full of reviews, creative works, and very soon real-live articles! As always, I'm still looking for more creative works (fiction, poetry, paintings, anything) but now I also need reviewers and non-fiction writers to fill out my ranks. Anything from tv show premiers, finales, movies, commercials, bands, and even podcasts. There's a lot of culture still needing to be devoured and regurgitated for a hungry audience. So feel free to hit me up. AAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDDDDDDD in other news . . . well there is no other news. I barely have a life outside of Puhnk+Miscellany projects. Wait, I forgot about May. In the month of May, some pretty awesome things happened. My sister graduated from Vet school. And the fam and I saw one of the last few shuttle missions lift off. That was amazing beyond all words. If you get a chance or have any type of opportunity to see the final one or two shuttles explode into space . . . you should definitely take it. Nothing else compares. Seriously. So, that's all for now. Try to stay cool. |

What up, Stevie-Fans? Finally getting the much advertised online updates that have been needing to get done. You may have noticed the new pages I've added. Take a look at my Tutoring and Handmade Pages to see my latest endeavors. And If you still need something to do, jump over to Puhnk+Miscellany and see my struggling pet project. The home page is still only a place holder, I promise there is content to come, but I think I finally got the "look" down and possibly even a logo or at least a working banner. The important thing is that you stopped by and things are noticeably different. Can't claimed I never showed you nothin'. Oh! And keep checking this space for more lovely updates |

Hey there buddy! So February went by in a flash and March is almost over too! Not as much as changed on this front or with Puhnk and Miscellany as I would have liked. Blame it on the 20-30 inches of snow we got in Feb or the frantic income search of March but my projects seem to be much more work than any progress.
Still you may have noticed a slight change on the front page. Gone is my smiling face and in it's place is an ad for my new shop on Etsy.com. Etsy is a site for selling handmade and vintage goods and already I have a few items listed. Not exactly puhnk style but I'm getting there.
Keep on the look out for original handmade items by moi and other puhnk news, here and . . . any place else you can find me on the web.
Thanks for staying loyal! |

More exciting than a pack of rabid squirrels at a convention of the Nut Farmers of America Association, welcome to my new news page. This way it looks and works better than the old front page announcements. Or at least I hope. Also it kind of combines a blog with my website, which will be awesome if it works out. Let's test it now. It's official! Changes have been and will continue to be made at StevieThompson.com so that it will no longer look like a site your grandma created to post pictures of her cat. However, here's a picture of my cat: Isn't she SO cute!!! ***We interrupt this Stevie Newscast for an important Kitty News Update! Since the snapping of this photo, Ms. Kitty Shrugs has destroyed the cute feathered toy. It was an utter massacre and pieces of its innocent carcass are still being discovered across StevieLand. Thank you for your attention, we now return you to are regular broadcast.*** Anyway . . . (had to slip one ellipses in) keep watching this site, on any page, to catch updates on me (that's Stevie!), the site in general, and my gloriously painfully slowly evolving pet project of Puhnk and Miscellany magazine (currently e-zine or .com or whatever they are calling on-line magazines these days). And leave comments, because it's awesome that I can do that now. Until Next Time: |
